Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered Edition Arrives with Everything Better

THQ Nordic revealed that Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered Edition is now available on Steam, and it's free for everyone that already has the original game.

Red Faction Guerrilla was a revolutionary third-person shooter from THQ and Volition that was launched all the way back in 2009. It took place on a roughly terraformed Mars, and it features a powerful physics engine that allowed for the destruction of pretty much every structure and object. 

The engine was called Geo Mod, and no other studio even came close to something like it. In fact, a decade later, Red Faction Guerrilla is still the kind of destructible environments. Now, the developers have remastered the original game and brought it up to the standards of today's graphics.
